"Cross functional teams underperform even when they have high calibre members"

Systemic Team Coaching focuses on how teams work within the organisation and as a team.  It improves communicate, collaborate, and support across the organisation. These programmes help teams understand one another’s strengths and working styles, reducing friction and fostering a culture where everyone feels seen and heard.

What Team Coaching Can Help With:

  • Enhancing Communication:
Improve clarity, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure messages land effectively—particularly important in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

  • Strengthening Collaboration:
Identify working systems, build trust, and create shared expectations so the team functions as a cohesive, supportive unit within the organisation.

  • Managing Change:
Develop strategies to support teams in navigating periods of uncertainty—new leadership, restructuring, rapid growth, or organisational change.

  • Boosting Team Morale:
Help staff feel motivated, engaged, and part of something meaningful.

  • Developing Resilience:
Build confidence and psychological safety so every team member feels able to take initiative, raise concerns, and contribute openly.

Program Format

These are individual programs for each organisation, based on an initial consultation.  We then design focused programs based on the challenges your team is facing, such as:

  • Clear Communication & Feedback Skills
Learn how to give and receive feedback constructively and communicate in ways that minimise conflict and maximise understanding.

  • Building Individual & Team Resilience
Tools and strategies for maintaining performance and wellbeing, even during high-pressure periods.

  • Understanding Your Team
Explore personality preferences, strengths, motivators, and communication styles to help leaders and teams work more effectively together.

  • Problem-Solving & Creative Thinking
Sessions designed to unlock fresh ideas and encourage collaborative solutions.

Although individual workshops can be effective in the short-term, this works best as a long-term program developing new thinking and understanding across the organisation with monthly sessions over 6 – 9 months.
