1:1 Coaching

1:1 coaching provides individuals with a confidential space to reflect, grow, and take ownership of their personal and professional development. It supports staff at all levels—from frontline employees to senior leaders.  Staff are more able to work efficiently and effectively, reducing absence due to illness or stress, reducing incident rates, and improving staff retention, all of which are costly.

 

1:1 Coaching Can Support

Program Format
 

1:1 coaching typically takes place over 4–6 structured sessions, delivered either face-to-face or virtually. Ongoing coaching packages can also be developed for long-term support.

​

Between sessions, individuals are encouraged to apply insights and actions, supported by reflective exercises or journaling prompts tailored to their development goals.
